I would like to introduce Weigh-In Wednesdays!  I read about Weigh-In Wednesdays on other blogs and thought this would be another way to keep myself motivated and accountable for my eating and exercise habits... so here it is!

Each week, I will be keeping track of how much weight I have lost in the past week, my total weight loss, and the percentage of weight I have lost from the total weight I would like to lose!

I joined WeightWatchers Online this weekend.  I'm hoping this is a way to really get myself into the groove to lose some weight and get back in shape.  I have a really great girlfriend who is doing WeightWatchers with me so that we have some kind of accountability, and my cousin is doing it too!  Everyone, keep your fingers crossed - I need all the help I can get!

Also, I fell off the wagon with my gym membership for about two weeks, so I'm really trying to get refocused and back into the gym again.  The saying "it takes two weeks to form a habit and one day to break it" really is true.
