Weigh-In Wednesdays: Week 1


I would like to introduce Weigh-In Wednesdays!  I read about Weigh-In Wednesdays on other blogs and thought this would be another way to keep myself motivated and accountable for my eating and exercise habits... so here it is!

Each week, I will be keeping track of how much weight I have lost in the past week, my total weight loss, and the percentage of weight I have lost from the total weight I would like to lose!

Week 1

Weight Lost: 2.7 lbs
Total Weight Loss: 2.7 lbs
Percentage: 4.5%
